About Scott Crawford
I have been working in Los Angeles as a graphic artist for over 20 years. My first experience as a professional photographer came out of necessity as I was tasked with producing product photography for my clients. I soon developed a passion for photography that continues to this day.
My style most often features bold, striking colors that evoke a sense of lively realism. I am inspired by the outdoors, architecture and other creative people. Landscape photography, in particular, offers endless creative challenges that have taught me to see the world in new and interesting ways. By traveling and meeting other like minded artists, I enjoy the challenge of searching for fresh subjects and ideas.
Drawing on my graphic design skills, I have taught several seminars on Photoshop and Indesign as well as written how-to tech articles on various design programs. My clients include Gale Banks Engineering, Irwindale Speedway, Juanita’s Foods and Sunset Marquis Hotel.
Scott is also a founding member of Donut Street Meet, a photography club that brings together passionate artists for photo meet-ups all around Los Angeles.
